Welcome to IXIIY ("IXIIY", "we", "our", "us"), an online education platform operated by IXIIY, a sole proprietorship registered under the laws of India, bearing Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-UP-28-0228700, having its registered office at Supertech Czar Omicron-1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201310, India ("Company").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IXIIY website, learning platform, mobile applications (if any), digital products, online courses, learning vaults, community, and all related educational services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing our Platform, or purchasing any product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
IXIIY is an online e-learning platform that provides pre-recorded courses, digital skill-development content, downloadable resources, live workshops, and community access to learners across categories such as AI skills, marketing skills, design, and personal branding ("Vaults").
IXIIY is an education and content platform only. IXIIY is not an employment agency, recruitment company, investment platform, or financial institution.

All content on IXIIY is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, medical, or business consultancy advice. Seek advice from a qualified professional before making important decisions.
IXIIY does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, job placement, business result, or financial result from completing a course. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shared on the Platform are illustrative only and individual results depend on the learner’s own skills, effort, and circumstances. Past examples are not indicative of future results.
IXIIY may, at its sole discretion, offer an optional referral program through which existing users can refer new learners to the Platform. Participation is entirely voluntary and does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship between the referrer and IXIIY.
Full terms of the referral program — including eligibility, rewards, and conduct requirements — are set out in a separate Referral Program Agreement, provided directly to participants at the time of enrollment and not published as part of these Terms. IXIIY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Misuse, spam, or false claims made in connection with referral activity may result in removal from the program.

All Platform content — videos, course materials, PDFs, templates, graphics, logos, branding, software, website design, and documentation — is owned by IXIIY or its licensors and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, record, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout. A tax invoice will be issued for every purchase in accordance with applicable GST law. IXIIY may change pricing at any time; price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy published on our website, including a 48-hour refund window from the time of purchase. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued except where required by law.

Users in any IXIIY community must maintain respectful behaviour and must not engage in hate speech, abuse, harassment, discrimination, spam, or unauthorized promotions. IXIIY may remove users from any community without prior notice.
Live classes, workshops, and mentorship sessions may be recorded. Schedules and trainer availability are subject to change. IXIIY does not guarantee lifetime availability of any specific trainer and may appoint a replacement trainer where necessary.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, video hosting, communication tools, and analytics providers. IXIIY is not responsible for third-party outages, technical failures, or data loss caused by third parties. Use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.
IXIIY aims to maintain uninterrupted service but does not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, cyber incidents, internet failures, or force majeure events.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IXIIY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IXIIY, its founders, directors, employees, trainers, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, IXIIY’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IXIIY and its affiliates, officers, employees, trainers, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including activity that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or other applicable statutes.
Use of IXIIY is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described there.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, grievances may be addressed to:
IXIIY is not liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, governmental action, internet outages, power failures, pandemics, or cyberattacks.
IXIIY may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any Referral Program Agreement issued separately to participants, constitute the entire agreement between you and IXIIY.
